Ordered a product on September 26th, and it took nearly 10 weeks to arrive. I should have known from a previous order of ribbons that took four weeks. I reached out via email for updates, which took over a week to get a response. I even checked the location on Google Maps and found it leads to a field. I won't be using them again.
