I purchased a medal bar 16 days ago and received the initial order confirmation. I've contacted them twice for updates on dispatch and received no response. The listed phone number is answered, but I'm starting to think this might be a scam! They should limit orders if they can't provide timely delivery or keep customers informed. I plan to contact my bank to see if I can recall the payment. Very disappointed.
