The major problem I have is that every time I call for an update on a claim, I am told that my doctor never responded to their request for information. That is not true since I have the dates they responded. I believe that EmpiRX employees do not add the doctor’s information to the database so the next time I call they can say the doctor did not respond. Then I have to contact the doctor and ask them to call EmpiRX again. And so we go, round and round. I think this is illegal. In addition, I was given the number of Kiera Braxton who is supposed to be my advocate at EmpiRX, but she doesn’t call back.
