This service is deserving of far less than one star! It has been the worst experience I've had with a prescription company. They refused to process my medication despite my doctor's efforts for prior authorization. The support is non-existent, and I can't even reach the representative assigned to us.

I spoke with a representative who went above and beyond in customer service regarding a health issue that's been ongoing for almost four months. I was confused as to why neither the doctor nor the pharmacy contacted me about my medication. It had been a frustrating back-and-forth, but the representative stepped up and ensured I received my medication. My pharmacy just informed me that my medication is being prepared. Thank you for your help!
My husband requires a crucial medication for his quality of life. While the service approved it medically, they did not approve it financially, despite it being a deductible-exempt medication that we cannot afford. I've been working with multiple coordinators, case managers, and even the pharmacy to expedite this process. Three weeks have passed without an answer for a medication he cannot go without. We have a young family that needs him to be in good health. This situation is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Out of all the prescription plans I've had, this one is by far the worst. Each time I've tried to refill or request a new prescription, I've faced bizarre policies: they won’t fill a scheduled drug prescription by mail without a doctor's signature, refuse to cover a generic at a different dosage, and they lack timely communication. Most of my prescriptions are generic and affordable, yet I often end up paying out of pocket at a local pharmacy due to their delays. The monthly cost of this plan exceeds what I pay for a discount program. I advise looking for a better provider.
This is the worst prescription coverage I've ever experienced. They take an eternity for prior authorization, their systems often fail, and they overcharge or deny coverage for medications that should be included. They rejected a brand-name drug, insisting I try two alternatives first, and now they are refusing to cover a generic that my doctor confirmed was approved! They seem to rely on people giving up, but I want to ensure my children are taken care of. They misled me, and I'm unable to unenroll from the plan. I will seek legal action.
