This is the worst health related company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They routinely deny prescriptions allowing some minimum wage desk jockey with absolutely no medical training or knowledge to override doctors with years of experience, They do this to save employers money because the more they save an employer the more money they make. meanwhile my wife is suffering with back pains for 2 weeks while they conduct a clinical review to see if they think the prescription should be filled. This is not the first time and I am really getting tired of spending hours on the phone arguing with incompetent individuals who are obviously reading from cards with printed responses because they have no idea what they are talking about.
