WOW, how wrong was I. Employment Hero didn't solve our payroll problems; they just brought me a heap of issues I didn't have previously.
Since signing:
• We have received no proactive communication regarding onboarding or implementation.
• We had to chase more than 6 times for onboarding guides with no reply.
• I have been ghosted by the "Account Executive" who sold the dream
• We now need to chase them to get the contract dissolved despite them not doing anything.
