Review Time
We engaged their services for several years, and while their support was initially cautious yet helpful, our recent attempt to cancel our subscription over three months ago has been a nightmare. They have continued to charge us and have made numerous promises regarding a refund, which remain unfulfilled. We're still uncertain if they will keep billing us, and the refund is nothing more than a promise at this point. To add insult to injury, they informed us today that the matter is now considered "closed." I sincerely hope that's not the case! Firstly, why does it take six weeks to process a cancellation when it appears they did nothing during that time except prolong our billing? Secondly, their handling of account closure and ongoing charges shows either incompetence or a lack of concern. I've wasted countless hours following up on this issue, and my trust in them has completely eroded.
The system boasts several impressive features: 1) it is designed specifically for the local market, catering to regional trends and requirements; 2) there is an accessible and effective support team; 3) the interface is user-friendly, and the quality of the modules, especially the Learning & Development Module, is commendable. Additionally, it securely manages employee data, allows for easy retrieval of reports and analytics for various needs, and assists in managing recurring events such as performance evaluations and staff training for annual and biannual refreshers as part of the performance management process.
Our overall experience with the service over the past year has been favorable. Transitioning from our previous system has resulted in noticeable improvements, with features like recruitment and performance reviews helping to streamline our processes. However, frequent updates can sometimes feel more disruptive than beneficial. Greater visibility or input into these changes would be appreciated, along with more advance notice of rollouts.
Using this product is very frustrating, and support is virtually non-existent aside from an AI that provides outdated references. If you try the product before purchasing, you'll quickly encounter numerous issues and waste time on unproductive searches.
This platform has a very user-friendly interface. Having used it from both user and admin perspectives, I can confidently say this aspect is a standout feature. The ability to manage company documentation and communication with staff has significantly eased the burden of internal compliance tasks.
