Got a dress and didn’t like how it fit. Tried contacting them over 3 times for a return based on their return policy (within 30 days) and no response. I was getting close to the end of that policy timeframe and had to dispute the charge and luckily they approved it. Based on customer service will never order from them again. Be careful, if you think it may not like it, go somewhere else. They will no respond.
