Tried to cancel the order the morning…

Tried to cancel the order the morning after initiated. Could not contact human being. Appeared to be able to communicate only with AI. Cancellation not allowed although the order did not ship for a number of days after attempted cancellation attempted. Items received were hideous, very cheap material, unwearable. Unable to reach company by phone once again. Emailed requesting immediate return.

Buyer beware. Horrible company

the company is not upfront about their products or policies. On the page showing the product, it clearly states 30 day hassle free return. But when you want to return something, they won't let you. They try to get you to order something else. They hide in their return policy that if something is on sale, exchanges only but on the actual page it says you can return it.Also the products are very poorly made.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Do not order from this website. The clothes are unwearable, the fabric thin and cheap, and any pattern looks spotted as if the dye has worn off. Then when you request a return they tell you, you have to send it back to china, if it even qualifies for a return.

Scam business do not use reporting to…

Scam business do not use reporting to ACM, have let my bank know this is a scam.What these people do is the following:So product to US citizens and then send various emails that say delivery attempt failed or that the item didn’t make it through customs, this company is based in Amsterdam then when the item doesn’t make it through customs, the company says they will refund 70%.But then they never actually refund that amount so this is a fraudulent company and a scam. If they have your car details then I would report a stolen card, or fraud.

Horrible customer service and irrational return policy…

They sent me the wrong dress and wanted me to pay to return it to china. The dress they sent was horrible quality. It took multiple emails going back and forth with me submitting pictures for them to finally state that I was responsible for return cost. Completely frustrated!

Their products are cheeeeaply made and their return policy is sketchy. Stuff you find on Temu for $4 they sell for $60 and $90.

Terrible Experience.

-1. That’s my report. I ordered shoes-incorrect sizing-too big. Trying to contact them through their customer service email. No response. I am out of my money. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from these people.

Less than one star

Tried to return a blazer, because the sizing was waaayyyy off. I bought it according to their size chart. Only when I asked for a return/refund was I informed that it was nonrefundable because it was a sale item. Nowhere on.the page of the item in question did it state this policy. They sent me some BS statement about how sorry they are that I didn't have a satisfactory experience and how they strive for transparency wrt their policies. But transparency should.occur before a customer makes a purchase-- nowhere did it say that the blazer in question was a final.sale and therefore.not eligible.for a refund. After a half a dozen emails back and forth with "Vicki" I gave up; I even asked to be referred to a supervisor. But all in vain. Mo.ey down the drain but ablesson learned..stay away.

Don't shop here.

Coat described for "braving the elements" is chintzy and definitely not for temperatures below 50f/10c. The musty smelling coat looked nothing like the picture. It was made of grey felt-like material without the speckled white texture implied by the photo.

Women blazers

I bought 2 blazers the material was cheaply made. I requested a refund only to be told they don’t do refund that I have a store credit. But I didn’t get a full credit only a 70% credit. I ordered a pair of jean was sent a cheap pair of jean so thin and again made out of cheap material and not the pair I even order. Buyers beware do not be fool like I was. The picture they advertised is a gimmick. I will never purchase anything from this company and advise you not to.
