Reviewing here because there was no place to on their website. The product was fine, but the process felt like a scam. The checkout process is misleading, which led to me purchasing 2 of the item I wanted (a red trench coat I bought for a costume). When checking out it’s not clear when the transaction is completed, so I bought 2 by mistake. I immediately emailed customer service about cancelling or changing my order but was told it was too late. I requested a return when my order arrived and only got a response when I threatened to contact my credit card company. I gave up on the return because it would cost more than the item was worth (the website looks like it’s in the Netherlands but shipping is to/from China). I accepted the 75% store credit but won’t be shopping there again—just not worth it. Also, I suspect their reviews are fake.
