I ordered three alarms on November 12th, with a delivery promise of 2-5 days, and I still haven't received anything. I've sent two emails and filled out a contact form, but I've received no replies. There's no contact number available; the customer service is appalling! I've requested a refund but I'm not optimistic. Avoid this company!
