I'm really let down. I believed I had reviewed the service thoroughly, but I now see all these negative comments. They claimed delivery would be within 2-3 days, and I spent £120 on 7 alarms as secret Santa gifts. I'm still waiting for them. The contact number is not working, and the tracking information is useless.

I placed an order on November 23rd and was promised delivery in 3 to 5 days. Now it's day 12, and it seems it has only just been dispatched. Their website's claim of 2 to 5 days is a blatant lie, and I haven't received any responses to my emails. I advise against ordering from them.
