This service has been a complete nightmare. I ordered back in early October, and it still hasn't shown up. I've sent multiple emails, filled out their support form, and even reached out on social media, yet I've had no responses. The lack of communication is unacceptable. Delays can happen, but ignoring customers for weeks is not right. At this point, I have no product, no updates, and no idea if it will ever arrive. I strongly recommend avoiding this service until they improve their customer support.
