I really want to like this company. The idea is so needed. I bought an alarm a couple of years ago for me and a friend as we both were walking alone after work to cars etc. My one died after very little time. So I reached out to them and they did send am immediate replacement. However this died super quickly as well. What's the point in these if you can't guarantee they'll work? The material is also impossible to keep clean. It looks super grubby I've tried to clean it many times. A pity as I wanted to support this little business.
