I'm really let down. I believed I had reviewed the service thoroughly, but I now see all these negative comments. They claimed delivery would be within 2-3 days, and I spent £120 on 7 alarms as secret Santa gifts. I'm still waiting for them. The contact number is not working, and the tracking information is useless.
