The girls at empower (especially my coaches Naomi and Emma) could not have been more kind and supportive! They were always so kind and empathetic, but there to push me when I needed! They are on hand 24/7 to answer any questions and the check ins are very thorough, not just looking at food/exercise! I feel well equipped to go on my own journey now with the skills and tools that they provided!
