After using multiple online PTs I was hesitant to give Empower a go after having bad experiences elsewhere… OMG IM SO GLAD I DID. They have changed my life. I have a much better relationship with food- nothing is off limits- I mean cheesy pasta for lunch and chicken burger for dinner 😍 and yet I’m still progressing!
