Like stated below on the negative reviews this program isn’t worth it. She charges 200 a month for the same exercise which isn’t many. Legs days are typically hip thrusts, lunges, etc. My workouts never changed I was just told to go up in weight each time I performed and you have to commit a minimal three months with her program. I basically payed 600 for one meal plan and 5 workouts. She will change you meals if you ask but honestly other online programs are more worth the buck because you get a bunch of meals and variety of workouts. If you are going to pay 200 a month for the same workout each month you are better paying for an in person trainer so that you will actually see results. I can’t believe all the positive reviews because this program is a total rip off unless you have never worked out a day in your life. I gave one star because she is nice but she won’t change your workouts even if you ask which I thought was strange.
