If anyone needs a sign to take the final step, let this be it. When I signed up with Emma I had very little expectations coming from an ED background, was very restrictive and feared weight gain. I was tired of convincing myself that I was happy as I was and putting off weight gain for a lame excuse, because I really had nothing to lose. Empower has pushed me into anxious situations in order to grow, increased my food so that I’m now eating 3-4x the amount I used to, pushed me from overworking myself to being kind to myself, all while I gained a lot of confidence and happiness in my new body, and stopped giving a f*** about the scales or being my thinnest self.
