I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re completely new to fitness and dieting or have more than 10-15 pounds to lose. If you are lean already and just looking to recomp or build muscle, work with a non-online coach instead. You need someone present to help you with workouts. If you just have a ton of weight to lose then this will probably work for you, but I literally got nothing out of it. It is just basic ass beginner macros and progressive overload info you could find anywhere online for free. Also if you have or have had an eating disorder I truly do not recommend. She will put you on a weight gain diet immediately and personally I did not have the mental strength yet to deal with such rapid fat and weight gain in a short amount of time with so little mental support, plus I’m short so I don’t think I should have been pressured to eat so much and up my calories without any cardio or gym support.
