My experience with Empower has been absolutely amazing, and I cannot recommend it enough! I've been with Lizzie for 8 months now, and seen a huge change in my mindset around nutrition and exercise. I never thought I could actually stick to 'eating healthy' (my understanding of what that meant was definitely wrong too) or work out consistently, or that one could lose weight without abusing the treadmill and starving. Over the 8 months with Lizzie, I have developed healthy habits (as well as more awareness) around nutrition, which I have been able to stick to even in busy periods/ when life got in the way. Also, exercise has now become my second nature rather than a chore.Lizzie has always been very helpful and quick to reply whenever I had questions or needed to make changes to my meal or workout plan. The Empower app is really easy to navigate and helps a lot with planning (e.g. it allows you to automatically create a shopping list based on the recipes from your meal plan), and allows you to keep track of your workouts etc. Definitely do sign up if 1) you're wanting to get fitter (whatever that means to you personally), 2) if you're feeling confused and overwhelmed by all the information about fitness out there and wanting to make sense of it, 3) if you're wanting to become more disciplined in general!
