Empower has transformed my life! I started empower when I was feeling my lowest with my appearance and my healthy and I knew something needed to change! Fast forward 2 years I have now gained the weight and muscles I wanted and I have even been able to help improve my gut health that was causing me bloating and to be so poorly! It’s the first time EVER ive felt this confident and healthy! The app is also super easy to use for check ins and you can even engage with other people on empower by joining groups.For example a book/podcast club, summer and winter challenges and more! I honestly couldn’t recommend Empower more!
