Really disappointing and absolutely not worth the price tag.The plan I was given contained lots of elements that I couldn’t eat (I have a milk allergy that they asked about and was shared with them at initial consult several times). They then at the next check in half heartedly swapped it out for a completely random recipe or just told me to remove the dairy part of the recipe. Seems quite lazy! Some of the recipes are literally just go and buy some processed item (I had quorn sausages in my plan) and call that a healthy snack? As someone who has a degree in nutrition I am also quite shocked by some of the misinformation. I really like emma after following her on insta, but never actually came in contact with her once and was only spoken to by really pushy girl who didn’t really know all that much other than which leaflets to send? Might aswell be a chat bot.I do like the sentiment in supporting woman try have a better relationship with food , however the meticulous calorie and macro tracking is not helpful and can be quite damaging ( it was for me).You have to do tape measurements of your body parts and take progress selfies which just perpetuates disordered eating/body image issues.I could go on about how rubbish the whole experience was , but in essence I absolutely would not waste your money and time. Go ask chat GPT and it will give you better advice , information and support.
