I have just finished my plan with Empower (total of 9 months) and I am so happy that I decided to go ahead with it, it's the best thing I've ever done. When I started in October 2022, I was so sad when I took my before pictures as I hated how I looked and felt in clothes. Fast forward 9 months and I'm so grateful for that feeling as it pushed me to achieve the results! Naomi was amazing and was there with me every step of the way, on the good, and bad days. I always hoped that I would get good results but I am beyond pleased with the results I achieved with Empower. The training plans are fantastic as well as easy to follow and not to mention the food 😍. Who knew you could have biscoff and chocolate every day and still lose fat. The meals are easy to make, and taste amazing! The fakeaways are so good aswell, the 5 guys burger is definitely one of my favourites!! If you're thinking of signing up DO IT!! It will be the best thing you ever do, I am sad that my plan has ended (my choice) but I can't wait to take everything I have learned and carry on progressing on my own.
