Awful awful experience. The so called coaches aren’t even qualified in nutrition!!! They are just typical influencer gym girls nothing more than that! For these sorts of prices they should ALL BE qualified in nutrition AND personal training! And that does NOT mean just reading things on Google and thinking your an online coach !The meal plans are ridiculous and boring! I could come up with better meals myself and save £145 a month! The exercise plan is just as terrible and does not change! The responses are automated on the “check up” days! If you want anything from them questions etc you’ll have a long wait! I wish I never signed up and never ever heard of empower! NEVER again! I’ve told all my friends that follow Emma my experience and they were horrified, needless to say they won’t be joining these terrible “company” either!I did pay for the minimum 3 months because I agreed to those terms but I will learn a strong life lesson from that! Don’t trust “influencers”
