I've followed Emma for ages on Instagram and thought right I'm going to sign up! I've been with much cheaper coaches before but her meal plans enticed me in! First step was her pa, who I thought was quite rude and pushy (all about marketing isn't it!) the prices are crazayyyyyy, people, there are much cheaper packages out there and the cost of living! Phew, who can afford this stuff!! Pa acts like it's limited spaces and that they are doing you a HUGE favour which is off putting in itself (to me personally!) although on insta it's always advertised so are there really limited spaces?? After all it's not actually Emma who you speak with! So I didn't like the initial process so I'm not going to go for it, especially after reading the reviews. I dunno man. I really like Emma on Instagram but the marketing and the prices are just cray cray. It's a no from me. If it was a lot cheaper I would probably go for it. I think as someone else has said, it's more for novices. If you really want to lose weight, just eat less, eat better and exercise/move more right? Why you got to pay £150 to be told that! Mental
