Firstly, I wanted to start off by saying I think Emma seems like a really lovely person who has a really good vision. I really like how she herself used to struggle with her weight and fitness, so she really knows how it feels to be at the other end of the scale. She obviously knows what she's talking about and wants others to be able to turn their lives around like she did. I just don't particularly think it is implemented in the best way, it isn't tailored well enough to each individual person.I personally think for what I paid it was very overpriced. I paid £125 a month which for something online is quite a lot. I had to fill in a detailed questionnaire about health, medical issues etc but I feel like this could've been adapted a bit better. I have a condition that means I have coordination issues and in my exercise plan I was given some really complicated exercises! I found the plan quite hard to follow to be honest, I would've preferred a pre-recorded video of Emma herself or one of her assistants showing us how to do the workouts.I wasn't too impressed either by the recipes. They were quite basic and uninspiring. I had recipes like a cheese sandwich or a tuna pitta bread. I was left feeling very hungry to be honest with really bad side effects.I thought the check in system worked quite well each week to document progress, but I was surprised that one week when I couldn't check in due to having covid, nobody checked in. I was surprised by this that due to the money we pay I would have expected the service to be a bit better and someone to check up. I did three months and effectively wasted almost £500 for quite an average service and something that I could've found off google. I didn't feel that it was tailored enough or that specific things from the questionnaire were taken into account. Whilst I did lose half a stone, I think it gave me quite a bad mentality towards eating and calories to a point where it became a bit obsessive and not in a good way. It's such a shame as this had the potential to be a great service, but I just felt there wasn't really enough support on the programme. I would prefer maybe twice weekly check ins, and more guides about starting exercise as a beginner or keeping motivation going. Felt a bit like we were just left to get on with it, that once we paid the money that was it.
