This online training was absolutely awful. I committed to a 6 month plan, which was a massive mistake. In month 1 I asked a simple question, and got a strange response that had absolutely nothing to do with my question. When I kindly mentioned this in the Facebook group for clients, my post was deleted and right after, an admin approval was needed in order to post anything. I was actually trying to get support and my question answered from someone, instead I got ignored. I tried it another month, but questions kept getting ignored and for $200 it absolutely was a waste of money. She’s very clearly overloaded with clients and seems to not have the time for them, yet can post on Instagram 100x’s per day. I kindly told Emma she just wasn’t the right fit for me as a coach but she’d just say “awww I’m sorry you feel that way, how come?” And when I’d respond it’d take her days to get back to me and then she’d say again “awww I’m sorry you feel that way.” It was clear she wasn’t going to let me cancel, so I had to go directly to the bank and get them to remove my auto pay as I wasn’t receiving what I had paid for. Over an entire year later, somehow, my card ended up getting charged again. I had to go directly to the platform she uses for her app and make a compliant to them. I was quickly refunded. Overall, the “training” seems to be a big scam but she’s very good at posting/advertising to make a lot of money off of people by getting them to sign up but then not delivering the service that was promised.
