I signed up to empower in October 2021 and Emma was great. She’s completely changed my relationship and outlook with food, I was scared to eat 3 meals a day and how I’m having 3 and a snack and feeling so much more energised. It’s such a good education around what you should be putting in your body and how food is fuel, not the enemy. Emma was there on hand to coach through whenever I had questions, I personally found the exercises more suited to people working out at the gym whereas I was exercising at home.
