This review is a little late as I finished my coaching back in November however I wanted to leave a review because this is the first time I have had a PT and so glad I chose to go with Emma. I love the way in which Emma delivers her content, how the app looks and is laid out so easy to use. I have worked out for years, yo yo dieted and had a bad relationship with food for years thinking if I want to lose weight I need to eat 1200 cals a day and use the treadmill 5 times a week! Emma completely changed my mindset, I now ensure I get my steps in each day, make healthier swaps, have a mindful approach to eating and don't restrict myself in anyway. Making small changes all adds up and I have continued with the workout and meal plans I was given, I feel stronger, more toned my legs look better all together I have lost 2 stone. I would highly reccomend Emma to any woman who is looking for a PT!!!
