I wish I could give more stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️!!Can I just say the confidence empower has brought into my life! I done 5 month coaching and it has been the best 5 months! The team at empower help you through so much, the love checking in with you and will help you even if you feel like you’re not motivated and we can all get like this at times but thankfully I had the right coaches by my side to get time though it. I lost just under 12KG in total and I am so thankful for the team, thank you so much for all of your help ⭐️⭐️💗💗💗
