I was with empower for around 4 months and received the best support and advice around food, exercise and general mindset. I had a very carefully thought out exercise plan which allowed me to get back into exercising with a frozen shoulder which at times was still painful. The plan helped me return to a more frequent exercise plan without causing further injury. The nutritional support and food plans provided helped me to completely change my mindset around food and identify where I was going wrong. I thought I ate really well, a healthy diet but the plan and tutorials helped me realise the benefits of a well balanced diet and in particular the role of protein something I ate very little of. The meal ideas were creative, tasty and filling they taught me how to creatively incorporate each food group especially protein as I would often go days without any substantial amount of protein. Overall it has been an education and Emma and her team were always quick to respond and offer advice or encouragement. I would highly recommend Empower to anyone.
