I joined empower 6 months ago to get me back into shape after having my baby. I’ve always been in to the gym and have trained hard from a young age, however, I was lacking a bit of motivation since I was hardly able to train throughout my pregnancy. I work best when I have an end goal and Emma and I set out a realistic goal to work towards, Which, to be honest we have smashed and gone above that. I’ve lost over 9 kilos and my measurements are insane! I feel confident and womanly and I can easily get back into my pre pregnancy clothes. My partner actually believes I have more muscle tone than I ever have. He can see real definition and says I have a good ratio ie hip to bum! If I didn’t have a wedding to pay for I would 100% be continuing with Emma. The workouts are tailored to you, whether that be at home (I started at home first) or in the gym. The meals are tasty and there are so many options and you can still eat your favourite foods. I personally track my food and macros on my fitness pal with Emma’s percentages etc. But if someone is unsure how to do this the meal plans are so easy to follow and she breaks down the weight you need of the food and how to prep and make it!! Whether you are on the go or love preparing food there is something for everyone. The workouts are also fun and changed when you go through different phases. Have certainly enjoyed this journey and I will continue to work on myself with my new mindset! Thanks empower
