I’ve always struggled with my weight after high-school and not knowing anything about proper weight loss methods other that all the fad diets that would consistently change every year. It gotten to the point where I developed an eating disorder and gain a horrible relationship with food. After loosing over 40lbs with restricting I gain every back and more and it sent me a serious depressive state. I felt so lost and stuck where I felt there was nothing I haven’t tried to lose weight or have the physic I always dreamed of. But I been following Emma’s fit profile on Instagram using it as motivation and would constantly see before and afters of people with the same struggles I faced and reading their experiences with food and exercise. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try one more thing and I’m so glad I did. Talking with Emma and her guidance felt like a light switch that just turned on she made it easy to understand and took away all the stress that comes with measuring macros and calorie deficits. It honestly took the worry about food away and the paranoia that was surrounding eating. I felt more confident in the gym too. Doing work outs that actually worked for my goals and saw a huge difference. Emma’s program also adjusted with you, this program grows with you and what your body goals are that was one thing I never thought of when purchasing the workout guides for other influencers. But the most important lesson I learned was to enjoy the journey to my healthy lifestyle. I finally was happy when it came to eating the foods I love and not feeling guilty constantly! I loved going to the gym I loved walking! It never felt like a chore anymore but an activity I was excited to do every day! And that mind set change everything and it definitely showed. The weight was melting off I felt better in clothes and wanted to be around people again (as much as I can during a pandemic) I will always be thankful for my experiences with Emma she gave me my life back :) and I’m excited to see what my body can do in the near future! 💕✨
