The whole team is great. I've had a couple of issues- from the beginning over a year ago when I first got my Valheim server and there was some kind of technical error that caused to be unable to log in...to the Mistlands update which corrupted my data and required a data wipe. James was there to do all of the work for me, wipe the data, and get my server up and running again. Very good service for a good price.
