I've had some issues with making a server and an account. thankfully the support team here is very active and tells me what to do step by step. They find the issue within seconds. I am super thankful for this efficient service mainly because I am sick and tired of these "AI costumer service" chatbots. Thanks!

At the beginning there was an issue with payment where it took the money and didn't update the invoice and requested payment again however I opened a dispute and i quickly received a response from mark, he said that it was an issue on their side with my payment, full refund and a free server was given. Mark was a great help thank you. I would recommend this service. Cheap servers and excellent staff. would recommend 100%.

The server didn't work at first and took approximately six hours with support to fix the issue. When it finally did work there was a lot of lag and times when the server was not working and I had to restart it to get it to work. I did not have the base server option either. I chose the mid one for more memory. It claimed to support up to 16 players but with only two both players lost server connectivity when playing on separate internet connections (indicating it was likely a server issue, not internet connection) and had issues with lag especially when players were not in the same location. The base option would likely be unplayable entirely for more than one player which defeats the purpose of a server. Then just recently the game updated and the server quit working entirely again. There is no information available unless you have a Minecraft server so your only choice is to contact support. Tried contacting support and got no response on the chat until an hour later that is supposed to be "24/7 support". Also for some reason, the support person got sent an email from months ago when I initially had issues, confusing the support person into thinking I was having that same issue, further wasting both our time. Three hours later the issue was still not resolved and since this was the second time this happened I decided to just cancel rather than spend any more time. The control center also isn't very user friendly and there are a lot of things you have to contact support for which other server host companies allow you to do on your own. I wish I cancelled right away and just went with another company rather than wasting my time and money.

I currently own a server located in the Asia Region and everything has been a smooth ride so far. it is the cheapest and easiest to config with support on standby with the quickest response I have ever get on a hosting plat form. Highly recommend.
