I was excited about a full set of lingerie that caught my eye. I ordered it, and everything was great until 9 days after I ordered it. The order was inexplicably delayed, and when it finally moved (after spending at least a week in an entirely different state), it was sent to the wrong address. I have offered proof that it was not on the part of the post office or myself. Now I am out almost $300, I'm being ignored via both their customer service email AND the help chat on their website. I am going to look into getting my credit card to refund this, because what should've been just a treat has become an absolute chore.Edit: I am letting my dispute with the credit card company go through. All of the responses I've gotten are incredibly sterile and copy/pasted, feels more like an AI chatbot than an actual human. Not to mention, all of the responses came at once, well after I reached out in the first place. Upon further investigation, I am feeling like I have dodged a bullet with this company, as there's reviews going back years about the quality versus the price and the absolutely mind-boggling delays in response from customer service.
