I haven’t received my order after over a month. When I contacted customer service, they told me that my package had been sent to another address than the one given/ to an entirely different person and they couldn’t cancel my upcoming subscription more than an hour after the payment has posted, despite the fact that the newest hasn’t shipped. They should have a more flexible cancellation policy if they’re going to screw up orders like this.
