Despite sending numerous emails seeking updates or an estimated delivery date, and emphasizing the importance of this order as a Christmas gift, I have not received any information. This review does not reflect on the products themselves, which I was eager to try, but rather on the poor customer service, which seems to reflect the saying that you get what you pay for.
