I am having an issue with receiving the money I earned as a commission. I have continually had customer service communication issues, whether it was an order not arriving or trying to receive my payout for promised commissions. I have reached out multiple times to the email for affiliates and have not heard anything back. This company is not reliable at all!
I had a very frustrating experience with the service. I placed an order in November for three items, but only one item (a pair of glasses) was sent. The other pair of glasses and a device were never shipped. I've sent at least seven emails to various customer support contacts provided by the service, but I haven't received any response. There's no phone number available for direct contact. They have been completely unreachable. These items were supposed to be holiday gifts, but that's not the main issue. The glasses that did arrive didn't fit my child, and now I'm hesitant to return them for fear of not getting my refund. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges for the two items that never arrived unless I hear back soon. I cannot afford to lose money on products that never come.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I accidentally placed an order and requested cancellation before it shipped, but they still sent it out. After that, I waited a long time for a return label with no response until I left two negative reviews. Eventually, they got back to me with the label and tried to have my reviews removed. I returned the item two weeks ago, but I still haven't received my refund. I've also emailed them again about the refund status, but there's been no reply. Save your money and avoid this service!
I placed an order three weeks ago for a Christmas gift with a promised delivery window of 5-10 days. Two weeks later, I received a notification that a shipping label had been created, yet a week after that, the item still hasn't been dispatched. Despite sending numerous emails seeking updates or an estimated delivery date, and emphasizing the importance of this order as a Christmas gift, I have not received any information. This review does not reflect on the products themselves, which I was eager to try, but rather on the poor customer service, which seems to reflect the saying that you get what you pay for.
