This is the worst service ever seen. No family member was allowed to board the plane with the sick person.The sick person’s luggage, containing medical records and histological reports, was left on the ground without any prior notice.From start to finish there was never any communication with the doctors, and once we arrived at the destination hospital, the nurses did not even know what medications had been administered.For such a significant amount of money, you would expect a completely different level of service.Strongly not recommended — stay well away.
