HORRIBLE SERVICE this company is taking advantage of families who are in need of medical attention. A family member of mine has been denied service over although payment was already made and the money is now being taken without service. They are asking for an additional payment after the payment was already paid!! This company needs to be shut down and return the money to those they stole from!!!!

Very disappointing experience during a medical emergency. After my friend became seriously ill abroad, we paid this company in full to arrange transportation back to the U.S.After payment, we were told the contract had “expired” and that moving forward would require signing a new agreement at an additional cost of $100,000, with the original payment not applied. Requests for receipts, clarification, a supervisor, or a refund were not resolved, and we were told a refund review could take up to 30 days.This situation added significant stress during an already devastating time. I encourage others to carefully review all terms and get everything in writing before paying.
My Name is Ali Alkhateeb I'm an American preacher and a therapist from Orlando, my wife felt seriously ill in Istanbul, daughter organized a gofundme and we managed to pay those people 122988 dollars, the minute they received the fund they canceled the contract and demanded another 100,000 dollars. Now my wife never moved to Orlando, I'm helpless and stuck because of this company, my wife is fighting for her life in a far away place and the service was never done ..
