If I could rate this experience lower, I absolutely would. I purchased two foot massagers, and one of them has the heat feature stuck on. They didn't resemble the units shown in their promotional material, and the controls were different. Overall, they fail to deliver as promised. The massage function is practically nonexistent, offering just a faint buzzing sensation. Additionally, the customer support is nearly nonexistent, with only automated responses and long delays in communication. I ultimately gave up on seeking a refund as it became too stressful.
