What a rip of. Ordered 2 by mistake. Notified them straight away before they shipped them. Got a reply. Sorry we can't refund you for your mistake. So I got charged 2 different prices for the same product. Each time they replied was a different name saying the same thing. They wanted a review and I haven't got them yet. Never buy again.

If I could rate this experience lower, I absolutely would. I purchased two foot massagers, and one of them has the heat feature stuck on. They didn't resemble the units shown in their promotional material, and the controls were different. Overall, they fail to deliver as promised. The massage function is practically nonexistent, offering just a faint buzzing sensation. Additionally, the customer support is nearly nonexistent, with only automated responses and long delays in communication. I ultimately gave up on seeking a refund as it became too stressful.
I cannot recommend this product - it simply does not work. I was charged twice and have not received any response regarding refunds. I paid AUD211.00 for four damaged items, and after trying one, I noticed no real effect. This purchase was definitely not worth it.
CAUTION WITH THIS SERVICE!!! I ordered 1 massager, but my credit card was charged for 3. The advertisement did not clarify that the price was in USD. I quickly emailed to cancel the additional 2, but received a response stating the order was already processed and shipped. Returning them is not an option due to the lithium batteries, and the courier costs are extremely high. Ultimately, I received a 50% refund for the 2 extra items I didn't order. I will not buy from this service again; their advertising is very aggressive.
