I ordered some boots off the website. After one week I got tracking information. Two weeks after that the tracking still said package not received from sender. So I emailed customer service. No response for over 48hrs. So commented on a FB ad asking if the company was a scam. Someone connected me via FB messenger & then suddenly a day later my email to customer service was replied to. They said the order was not forwarded through to their warehouse and a replacement would be sent.
I received the replacement less than a week later (it turns out the warehouse is a 45 minute drive from where I live). They sent the incorrect size. I once again emailed their customer service to advise them. I did not hear from them for a week. I messaged them on FB messenger. They said they would contact customer service for me. Customer service then replied the following day saying they ran out of the size that I had originally ordered so just sent me the size they had - WTF??!
