Standard Plan Replacement need review!Hi I’ve been a ring customer for over six years and have six devices. Generally happy with one exception your returns procedure for faulty items under the Standard Plan. Items are swapped out and in some cases upgraded, returns labels are generated for uses all are good. However once items are shipped back it seems standard practice to send constant emails and upping the tone the items are not returned, giving users concerns and worries items are not returned. Last year and this year i’ve returned items and had emails items NOT returned, support has confirmed this is standard practice and to ignore. Why can you not link the return process on arrival at your depot to close of future reminders ? Myself and older people are going to be concerned by the constant reminding and worry of being charged! Please fix thisEdit : - 24/03/25 Another week now final critical reminders to send faulty items back. Note spoke to customer services last week and they said they have it, so now three weeks and still reminders. I better not get charged as Ring will go into the bin!!
