I'm convinced that these are the best tongue drums available at present in this universe. The Dvu-tone design sounds amazing, with clear overtones and excellent dynamic range. The inbuilt pickup eliminates the need for microphone wrangling, which is especially helpful for performance or recording outside of a studio environment. And with the New Wave Symphony, you get an entire two-octave chromatic gamut. There is so much musical potential here, it just lights up my brain every time I touch it! After a few days I had to put the drums away during the day so I could get some things done. I just couldn't stop playing.
I'm in love with this instrument! It's so deep. It's like I've found my home in the Kosmos. As a percussionist, this has opened a portal to realms of melody and harmony, and I can bring all my hand techniques with me. I just want to practice all the time now!

I have got efficient help for finding the best solution for my needs. Alex is great. Very good website.Delivery was in time, however the custom clearance was a little bit complicated in Hungary and I had to pay additionally 40 USD for it.

The customer service answered all my questions in a timely manner. Purchasing the new wave 15 drum was an easy process. Delivery took just about 3 weeks but this was expected giving it taking place during the Christmas holiday. The drum was packed securely. The craftsmanship of the drum is exceptional and is a pleasure to play every time.

The company's history goes back to 2013, when Alex Zinchenko, the founder of the company, attempted to make a musical instrument from a gas tank in his garage. It was one of the first steel tongue drums ( tank drum ) made by Alex.
