First of all I need to make myself clear about one thing. I wholeheartedly believe that the kosmosky tongue drums are the undisputed winners in terms of quality compared to every other option I have come across so far in the internet (I cannot speak for the handpans as I haven't purchased one). I currently own the New Wave 15 series and the experience has been nothing short of perfect for both models so far! Additionally, all other models especially those with engravings are rather breath-taking and the customization options add another layer of awe to them. The Shelton series also look very promising and I am seriously considering one for my next purchase.That being said I need to adress a very serious issue I have encountered. Unless I am missing something the shipping options currently available on the website are disappointing. For example if I want to purchase a shelton model I will have to pay 270$ on shipping which truth be told is rather preposterous even If I get to have the drum within a week. I believe it is of utmost importance to offer cheaper alternatives to customers. For example for a drum of similar diameter a different brand offers an option of 60$ shipping which is much affordable. Therefore I sincerely believe such an option can be offered from kosmosky as well.If it weren't for this issue I would easily have graded 5 stars but it is such an important issue that I cannot ignore it and consequently lower the grading. Nevertheless, I still believe everything else about kosmosky is an easy 5-star. For instance, I had communicated with the sales team both through the website's chat and e-mail and the people were fantastic. Both professional and friendly and easily guided me through my rather "advanced" questions. Really looking forward to seeing better shipping options on the website!!

The company's history goes back to 2013, when Alex Zinchenko, the founder of the company, attempted to make a musical instrument from a gas tank in his garage. It was one of the first steel tongue drums ( tank drum ) made by Alex.
Today, Kosmosky has two production facilities with an area of 530 m², a music studio, and an office that turns into a space for gigs, jams, and sound practices at night.
