Despite my clear indication that I would begin after February 2026, they did not mention this crucial policy. Additionally, the 15-day pause policy was only communicated after enrollment. I had a positive experience with a representative in 2023, but the current team has mishandled everything. The company seems more focused on its interests rather than accommodating clients' circumstances, imposing a daily fee for pauses beyond 15 days. It’s time for the team to take notice before it gets worse.
