However, they did not inform me about the 20-day time limit for starting the plan, despite my indication that I would be joining after February 2026 upon returning from abroad. They were aware of my timeline during enrollment but chose not to mention this crucial policy. Additionally, the 15-day pause policy was only communicated after I started the plan, which left me feeling trapped. I had a positive experience with the representative when I joined in 2023, but the team in 2025-26 has mishandled everything. The company seems to prioritize its own interests over the client's needs, insisting on a daily fee for any pause beyond 15 days. It's time for the team to reassess their approach before it's too late. One representative is polite but not genuinely helpful.

I experienced fraud from this service. They set up a monthly charge of 59.99 on my credit card, likely linked to my mobile phone activity while attempting to use a parking app. I recommend reporting it to your credit card provider, who should assist in reversing any unauthorized charges.

Frustrating experience with unauthorized charges

If there were options for zero or negative stars, I would select them. My information was illegitimately taken through a parking app, leading to charges for services I never agreed to. They only offered to refund transactions from the past 55 days, keeping £59.99 of my money. There seemed to be no avenue for further complaints. I plan to report this to the relevant authorities.

Disgraceful behavior from scammers

These scammers are causing significant distress without any concern. My bank account and debit card were frozen due to their actions, and I’m currently waiting for my bank to investigate. I was unable to use my card as I was recovering from surgery and had medical professionals visiting my home. The distress these scammers have caused during such a challenging time is unbearable, and I hope they face consequences for their actions.

Unsure how I got scammed

I feel completely scammed, but I’m not quite sure how it happened. I noticed the issues while reviewing my bank transactions and have reached out to my bank to resolve the situation. I hope these individuals will show some decency and refund the money they took from us. Fortunately, after reporting to my bank, I received a full refund.

Complete scam experience

This is a complete scam! I was using a different app related to my workplace when an unexpected pop-up appeared. I never signed up for anything, yet £59.99 was taken from my card. I demanded a full refund and requested my information be removed from their database. I will monitor for the refund and update accordingly. Fortunately, I received a full refund later.

Another scam experience

This is yet another scam. They linked a fake pop-up to a parking app, tricking users into entering their email and card details under the guise of registering for parking, but instead linked them to a gym membership with recurring payments. Be aware of a £1 authorization charge that is later refunded. If you don’t cancel with your bank, they will take monthly payments. I noticed this immediately and advise others to contact their banks' fraud departments.

Scam alert during parking payment

This is clearly a scam. While attempting to pay for parking, their website appeared, but thankfully, my bank blocked my card immediately, preventing any unauthorized charges.
